Subscribed added users and no organisation on my

hello guys
i subscribed premium family plan , added family users sent invite and now after logging into my account i can’t see my organisation and no premium account is valid.
what should i do?

I am experiencing the same issue. Paid for a premium family plan about three weeks ago, added some family users, and now when I login I can’t see my organization, and it says I am not on a premium account. Any steps I should take?
