[SOLVED] Authenticator Key ( TOTP ) not generating code after scanning QR

Having some issues with some sites and the TOTP generating a code after scanning a QR image.

Example1: protonmail 2FA, scan QR , Save , no code, go to edit vault entry and get this string

ommited sensitive information

otpauth://totp/[email protected]?secret=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX&issuer=ProtonMail&algorithm=SHA1&digits=6&period=30

Example2: Discord, scan QR code, save, get 6 digit code, put in discord app, login. So i know it works, but doesnt seem to for certain sites.

Any information on this would be appriciated,

My problem arose from having an organisation for my family passwords and not having premium on my personal account.

After creating the login on my org collection the TOTP keys worked everywhere.
