Self signed cert not working on chrome or IE

hi all,

am using a self signed cert for testing purposes, obviously after testing i will put this machine in the DMZ and get a free cert from lets encrypt

but my self signed cert doesnt work using chrome or IE, i just get page cannot be found, it works with firefox but then i get that error

an error has occured - network error when attempting to fetch resource

successfully done it, reinstalled again and all works using the self signed cert
