If @bharper is self-hosting Bitwarden’s Unified Deployment, then it technically is a beta release. Feedback or discussion could be posted in the feedback thread linked below, but it has not been very active recently; for more eyeballs on OP’s problem , posting here in the Ask the Community section is probably best.
