I have an item without a user/pass, I have client notes on there. When I attempt view the item on my mobile, I keep getting that the item has no user/pass and cant see the notes. Is there a way for me to see the notes in my mobile phone.
I don’t know much about the mobile apps, but I suspect that you can solve your problem using one of the following two methods:

Using the web vault or desktop app, edit the item to add a dummy value for the username and password.

Using the web vault of desktop app, create a new item that is a Secure Note Item instead of a Login Item (see Vault Items). Then copy the notes from the existing login item to the new secure notes item, and save.
