Save master pswd in google pswd mgr?

The timeout applies to the vault itself, not individual items. However, you can individually set a master password reprompt for sensitive items, which isn’t really a timeout but does require a second stage of authentication.

im saying instead of using google pw mgr altogether. i don’t keep anything on google really. due to their privacy policy.

@anon88545251 Yes, that part I understand (and agree with). But if you are using a second instance of BW (let’s call it BW2) to store the master passwords for your first insnatnce of BW (call it BW1), where do you store the master password to BW2? In yet a third instance of Bitwarden? Pretty soon it will be turtles all the way down.

@grb i have my methods but i create an organization to share the master pw 1 and 2 as a backdoor access and save bw 2 encrypted locally to myself.
