bw cli use desktop authentication

Feature function

Enabling desktop ap integration with the cli will allow for a simpler workflow:

  1. When invoked, the cli can ask the desktop app if it needs to sync
  2. It can reuse the desktop auth, especially biometrics
    This will make using the cli a lot more seamless
