Ran a phone backup, and now I can't login to BW

I recently did a backup usint the oneplus app from one oneplus 5t to another. I had recently disabled 2fa to make the transition easier. but now when I try to login to BW on the new phone, it asks for 2fa, and declines any code I give it. same thing trying to log onto the vault on a desktop. then I tried using 2 diffferent recovery codes, and neither worked. that’s the really weird part, those are supposed to work no matter what. I posted this on reddit and they said the backup app is the problem, but what do I do about it? thanks

Hi! - This sounds like 2FA didn’t quite get deactivated if your Web Vault is still asking.

I’d recommend reaching out to our CS Team so they can help troubleshoot.
