Problem sending Admin portal emails [Solved]

Hi,

I installed Bitwarden on company LAN (Ubuntu server) and have following configurations:

But the page at admin portal accepts the email typed but I get no email, looking at logs under Admin folder I see following:

Each of these timestamps coincides with email provided on https:/admin but it does seem to show if anything is getting queued for sending.

Any idea what I might be doing wrong here or where to look to troubleshoot?

Ok, I managed to solve the problem by following these steps:

  1. Install Postfix on Ubuntu
  2. Tested mta from command line on Ubuntu box using this command “echo “My message” | mail -s subject <email_here>” - it worked
  3. Stopped all BW docker containers
  4. Pruned all the docker images
  5. removed the bwdata directory
  6. Ran “./bitwarden.sh start” from command line

This time the admin portal link worked for me!
