Problem backup (export) entries, not complete

Hi

I want to export all data to a json file or CSV.

Both aint working the file is not complete, i have a lot of entries, and the export file is pretty small and doesnt have all the entries.

what can i do to export all the entries to an json file ?

Have you saved logins to an organisation/collection. Then you will have to go to the organization page and export the vault from the tools menu.
If not, can you try exporting your vault one more time. Export the vault as .csv and .json

Yep, they sure are. Just discovered my error and was about to come back here to post. Thanks for the response. For anyone else who has this issue, the key is to make sure you’re in the org before trying to export. In the web interface: Go over to the right side of the screen and click on the desired org name under “Organizations”, then go to Tools… Export Vault, enter your master password and click Export Vault.
