Organization attachments not available in my family subscription, MacOS app

I have a Bitwarden Family subscription. In my personal vault, I’m able to add attachments to vault items. In the associated organization, I’m not able to add attachments to vault items. If I understand the plan pricing, I should have 1GB of file storage for each user, and for the organization, right? What am I missing?
Using the MacOS app, version 2025.1.4. MacOS Ventura 13.6.

@Bill_Marty Welcome to the forum!

Is the problem specific to the macOS app (i.e., are you able to add file attachments to items in the Family vault if you use a different app or a different device)?

Can you log in to the Admin Console and double-check that the subscription status of your organization has been upgraded to a Family Plan?

Does manually syncing the macOS app change anything? What about logging out of (fully logging out of, not just “locking”) the app and logging back in — does that change anything?

Do any of the other Premium features (TOTP generation, advanced Vault Health Reports) work for the shared items in your Family organization?

Hello grb, thanks for your reply.

Using the iPhone app, I can save attachments to items in the organization. Problem seems to be with the MacOS App.

Yes, the Admin Console shows the organization has a Family subscription.

Ahhh, rebooting my computer seems to have fixed the MacOS app issue that I posted about. I should have done that in the first place. Thanks again for your help.
