OpenBSD Support for the Desktop App & CLI

What will this feature do differently?

This should result in Desktop Releases and CLI Releases including release artifacts for OpenBSD, e.g. Bitwarden-1.28.3-x64.openbsd similar to what already exists for FreeBSD in the Desktop release artifacts.

What benefits will this feature bring?

OpenBSD users will be able to manage their password database via the CLI or GUI.

Voted. I’d love to see OpenBSD support.

This would make my life easier. Even if the Bitwarden team starts by providing the CLI version, that would be very appreciated.
