On some Sites inline-menu only after click on Bitwarden Extension

Bitwarden Icon says locked

Hi, I also have a browser window open on the other monitor. If I unlock Bitwarden in the other window, the Bitwarden icon still shows the lock on the other window. If I click in the other window, it shows unlocked. Is that what you intended? It wasn’t like that with 1Password, for example. I used Vivaldi browser. Greetings

This is where it happened most recently. The email and password fields are recognized. The Bitwarden icon and inline-menu are visible. Nothing happens in the 2FA field after that. Only when I click the Bitwarden extension icon at the top and then click in the 2FA field do the Bitwarden icon and inline-menu appear.
