It would be nice if you could flag certain passwords so that a group of people (either members of a Bitwarden group or a simple distribution list e-mail address) would be notified if the password information is viewed, copied or changed.
Since the access is already captured by Bitwarden logging, it seems like a trigger and action could be configured for specific password objects.

Typically for security and notifications one may look towards a SIEM or similar tool to parse through your syslogs. Bitwarden can integrate with SIEM, though I believe the team is always looking to further improve logging and integrations.

For external SIEM integration, I’d be interested in Azure Monitor. If there’s any guidance available for this it would be awesome to know.
