Also, please allow formatting like bold, bullets, etc.

There already is an existing feature request for formatting options for Notes:

Add additional formatting options to secure notes (rich / markdown)

There are lots of libraries that can easily parse markdown and display it, would be nice

Then, there is an existing feature request for being able to expand the Notes window/dialog (if it doesn’t match your request, feel free to open a new separate feature request, but only about that single thing then):

As my notes are extensive and long… When I am using the bitwarden pop out box and open up a note item The “note window” does not expand to fill the size of the pop out box as i expand it making reading my notes whilst i’m browsing very difficult

I’m going to close your feature request now (with some delay) because of those existing ones.
