Hello,
I just read this blog article, posted on the 1Password website: “Bitwarden vs. 1Password: Which password manager is right for you?”
To me, it is strange that company X compares its own product with competitor(s), and asks “which of the products is the right one for you?” I don’t like such marketing tricks and, of course, for 1Password their own product is always better (for you as a private user, or for you as an admin for security software). (Not only) this article (and more have been published where they compare 1Password with other password managers, asking the same question) supports me in the decision to have left 1Password some years ago - and moved to Bitwarden.
It is not about what exactly their results are and in which aspects each manager is better or not. It is about the idea to publish articles on their own website where they compare both products and ask this specific question. It can not be “neutral”. Because in the end we will never read something like “Competitor X is the right password manager for you, and not our product 1Password.”
