For my colleague, she only see the blank page on Bitwarden extension, but I can’t seem to see any entry anywhere.

From your screen capture, it looks like you have selected to filter your vault contents on your Revel organization (see top-left under Filters).
If you click on the filter for My Vault, or you select All Vaults, your personal items should appear. Cheers!
Thanks @dh024 but I am looking for items under my organization. Do I no longer have access to them? I do see the organization’s name still listed, just no item showing!
And you are certain they were there previously, and not in your personal vault? If so, is it possible that others in the organization may have accidentally moved or removed them?
My colleagues who are not admins of the organization can still see them. Just me who can’t see them anymore…
Have you tried logging out and logging in again, just to reset things?
If that doesn’t work, you can look at your personal user settings to ensure that your view access did not become disabled somehow (that is possible to achieve, if you want it).
Failing that, I would contact Bitwarden support to see if they can troubleshoot for you, because this would be very unexpected behaviour. Let us know how you make out!
