No assistance from Bitwarden when using an app on my laptop (Windows)

Operating system Windows 10 64bit

I am installing a new app on my laptop , Any.Do in this case.
When I open the web-version I can generate and save a password; opening the app on my laptop Bitwarden doesn’t offer to either generate a password but als doesn’t offer to use the installed pasword from the web-version.
Now what?
