Regarding the original post in it’s current form:

There is an existing Feature Request for the first point: Add back the separate "Tab" tab in the browser extension (additionally to the "Vault" tab)

The ability to collapse/expand the “All items” (and “Favorites”) sections was introduced to the browser extension in the meantime:

Please open a separate Feature Request for optionally only seeing the “Autofill suggestions”, if you want that.
