Hello
Looking for some help/advice/assistance - I have a Mac studio with OSX Sonoma and a Synology NAS. When attempting to log into the NAS I keep getting a window appearing “NetAuthSysAgent wants to make changes. Enter an Administrators name and password to allow this” Deny/Allow
Basically, no matter what I do the window will only occasionally give me access to a log-in window for my NAS. The log-in window for the NAS has a check box to “remember the password in the Keychain” But it does not remember it and the above window will re-appear and I cannot access my NAS - VERY Frustrating!! I have spent HOURS with Apple support who have exhausted everything (They do not identify the window as Apple Keychain) and are now suggesting that it may be coming from my Bitwarden and asked me to contact you outlining the circumstances.
Do you think that Bitwarden could be responsible for the window? If so, how would I get rid of it?
Any suggestions/advice would be helpful
Regards
Steve
