Multiple language support while creating passphrases

Hi,

I’d like to suggest a additional setting that allows to choose the dictionary used to generate individual words that compose passphrases.

Uncommon/rare words in foreign languages are harder to read out loud or to type with no mistake, so it would be very helpful if users were able to choose the dictionary that should be used.
