For example, I have a folder that has ride-sharing apps as well as a folder for food delivery. In this case, being able to link Uber to both the ride-sharing and food delivery folders would allow one to be able to find the login in both locations rather than having to choose where it fits better.
Maybe check out this thread as I think this will achieve the behaviour you are after.
