For helping people that aren’t as tech savvy, it would be nice to make it easier to find the “Emergency Access” feature (I don’t even think it’s part of the apps as far as I can see).
Perhaps add an entry under the “Add account” drop down, and also an option to the “Bitwarden”, “File” and/or “Account” menu (on desktop apps) and under “Settings” on mobile apps.
It doesn’t even really need to be an app functionality, maybe just clicking on it opens a web browser that takes them to the web vault login with a redirect directly to the feature after login.
Since it’s likely when a user needs to invoke this functionality, they will probably already be dealing with stress and many other issues that need to be handled, making it something that is easy to find (and often seen so they remember it exists) would make things just a bit easier on them…
