More granularity in URL matching

I’ve come across several instances applying for jobs where several different companies will use the same service to process applications, where the potential employer uses a unique, second level subdomain:

employer1.abc.employmentservice . com

employer2.abc.employmentservice . com

They have discrete logins, but bitwarden only wants to update for either the domain or the first subdomain rather than add a new login for the entire string. I looked in settings to see if there was a way to increase what the app looks at, but couldn’t find it.

Two questions:

  1. What is your setting for “Default URI Match Detection” under Settings > Autofill > Additional Options?
  2. For your existing login item, if you open the Edit Login screen and click on the gear (:gear:) icon to the right of the stored “Website (URI)” string, what selection has been set for the “Match Detection” option?

I believe the problem can be solved by selecting the value “Host” or “Starts With” for one of the above settings, but the best solution will depend on the details of your situation.
