I was a free user. I upgraded to Family so my family and I would have access to the Vault Check, etc
However it appears only my “ORganization” has access.
Is this correct? How do I check items in my personal vault against breaches?
All your family members have their own account, correct? If so you need to add them into your organization (your org name> manage > invite user). To check passwords login to the web vault and navigate to tools>Exposed passwords report.
