Die empfohlene Vorgehensweise ist sowohl bei der Erstellung eines Kontos, als auch bei Änderung der Kontodaten diese zuerst im Bitwarden zu erstellen bzw. zu ändern. Dieses hat den Vorteil, dass das Kennwort auf jeden Fall schon mal gesichert ist. Ältere Kennwörter gehen auch nicht verloren, man kann sie in der Password History nachschlagen:
