I created a new password today on a Mac for Scot Rail. When I came to use it in the Scotrail app on my iPhone it could not find it using search. This turned out to be because the iPhone automatically capitalises the first letter but the search appears to be case sensitive hence nothing was found. Back on the Mac however and typing ‘Scot’ does find ‘scotrail’ so I assume the browser plug-in is not case sensitive.
Could the iPhone app search be made non case sensitive please?
I don’t see a need for it to be case sensitive.
