Login Issues

Have just installed Bitwarden on a new iPad, to replace a rather old one, and I can not log on as it says "Username or password is incorrect "which I know it is not.

When people can’t login after a change of device it usually turns out to be one of these, though there are other possibilities:

  • misremembered password

  • different keyboard layout

  • different language pack

  • 2FA setup

Have a search of threads here and you are likely to find the problem. If not then more information is needed to try and diagnose what is happening.
