Log in Loop- Password log-in, Yubi Key fail, recovery phrase, repeat!

I have a Yubi Key, I added it as a second authentication. The issue is specific to Firefox and Brave, which I prefer. One for business, one for personal. Anyway, Edge works fine, no key needed, as I never added it.
Now, when I try to log in, those two browsers and the Windows app, I enter my account email and password, it asks for the key, but Bitwarden says it was expecting a different key. I only ever had one. So I enter my recovery code, and it actually just starts the process again. Not sure what the purpose of the recovery code is?
I cannot log in to my account online now either.
And this is ONLY on my work laptop. The one at home is fine. I have no idea what happened. I screwed up something while setting up the key it seems, but here I am. There must be another recovery path? What is the recovery code, if not for this sort of break in the 2FA? How do I break this loop?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having this issue! My recommendation would be to login through Edge (which does not seem to be giving you the issue), and then try removing and readding the YubiKey on your desired browser. YubiKey Two-Step Login | Bitwarden
