The ‘Lock Now’ options is no longer available in the Bitwarden Extension settings page. Is it like that for everyone else or just me?
It is still there, it has just been moved. Click the icon top right with your name on it, this is the new icon that is used to switch accounts.

@DoctorB’s answer is correct, but the the second screenshot may be confusing, since there is no need to use the + Add Account button.
Just to make it abundantly clear, these are the buttons to press once you’ve reached the “Switch Accounts” screen (press one or the other, depending on whether you wish to lock only the “active” account, or all of the unlocked accounts):
