Yeah I was wondering if there’s a way of just having a local account Also how do I stop it from time stamping when I change the password and the “owner” label I don’t think I need any of that
I think there is no way of using a local account and a local vault. 
But if you don’t want to use Bitwarden cloud you are able to host your own cloud for the vault with Docker.
