I highlight my URL and then click on “Launch”. Nothing happens. Does anyone have a solution for this? Thank you.

You shouldn’t have to “highlight” any URL. Just left-click once on the item in the vault items list (or in the search results), and then left-click once on the Launch icon to the right of the Website address displayed in the Item Information pane. The launch icon is the icon circled in the screen shot below:
This should open the website in your default browser. What is your default browser?
In the Windows Settings, if you go to Apps > Default apps > Choose defaults by link type, what do you see if you search for (or scroll down to) https?
I have checked the “Choose defaults by link type” and it says my browser, which is Slimjet, a Chrome browser. It seems that Slimjet has problems of some kind because it does not work properly when using Password Safe as well, unless I enter the alternate URL by putting “[alt]” in front of the actual URL. I hear what you are saying, but it should also work when I right-click and choose “Launch”, which it doesn’t. I guess no matter because I have gone to a product that allows local storage rather than having to deal with the cloud. I don’t like having my information “out there”. Thank you for your help. If I change my mind and go back to BW, I will have your notes on file. And maybe Slimjet will have fixed their issue. I read a URL site which tested a lot of different browsers and Slimjet did not work for them either, along with others browsers. Although there were various browsers that did work. So it’s a selective problem with some browsers.
