Usually when creating a new account on a website, using the default flow with the form input options works well for generating a username and/or password. However, in some cases, for instance if you are creating additional users in an admin interface and not from a normal registration form, you may access the password generator directly to generate a secure password.
It would be great if the generator included a ‘save generated password to vault’ option that let you create a new vault item directly from within the generator page, linked to the web site/URL that was currently open (if that property was available) instead of having to copy the value to the clipboard and then creating a vault item manually after using the generator. If there was another vault entry for the site already, there could be a prompt that let the user update the existing item or create a new entry.
