In generated emails are wrong urls and malformed links

My on premise bitwarden instance is only available at

localhost:51080/ by http

and accessible from outside/internet at

/ with https

which is realized by an apache vhost and mod_proxy. Up to now everything seems be fine except for generated urls in emails, going to new users. I suppose the magic lies in one of the environment settings:
