Import error when importing CSV/JSON

I’m migrating my account from US to EU (created a new one in the other region), but am unable to import either CSV/JSON export (not encrypted) from the US account. No matter what I try, I am getting this same error message:

Import error

There was a problem with the data you tried to import. Please resolve the errors listed below in your source file and try again.

I checked and I have only a couple of folders, and about 2000 entries, which I believe is within the allowed limits for importing entries…

Any help would be appreciated!

Hey @rogueosb are you using an organization with more than 2 collections? If so, is the newly created account a paid plan to enable a sufficient amount of collections? Free organizations only have access to 2 collections.

If that is not the case, please open a support ticket.

Both accounts are of the free type, and I don’t have any collections that I can see (only folders). I’ll open a support ticket!
