I would like an easier method of selecting alternative 2factor

I do a lot of remote access and that means using my 2factor login. I have registered several yubikeys, a passkey on my phone, and the authenticator app. On a remote login, hardware keys are not passed through to the remote machine but since it is the most secure, it is always the one Bitwarden chooses. I often need to cancel and retry the login because something messes up and I can’t select ‘Use another method’. I would like to use the passkey on my phone but that doesn’t seem to be reliable. I would like to change the order of which 2factor method is used or at least have access to ‘Use another method’ before needing to cancel the hardware key prompt.

@zarthan Welcome to the forum!

There is no way to change which 2FA method is presented by default (the highest-priority method). However, you should always have the option to select a different method, by clicking the link “Use another two-step-method” as shown in the screenshot below:

If there is a prompt from the operating system or browser suggesting that you use a passkey for authentication, you should be able to just cancel that prompt in order to access the link shown above.
