Is there a way to stop the Bitwarden Chrome extension from auto-filling fields which aren’t changing? I have an issue with ONE very annoying site which I have to use for work every day (and logs me out every time I close it), which first asks for my email, I click next, then it displays the email AND password field. If the email field changes at all (even if just changed to the same value), the page refreshes with the ‘new’ email address. I’ve lodged a bug with the vendor, but they say this is ‘by design’ and it is my password manager at fault, as Lastpass doesn’t exhibit the same behaviour. Don’t get me started on how much I hate Lastpass.
I can’t seem to find any settings which might affect how bitwarden fills fields, other than a suggestion of creating a ‘custom’ field for this saved password for the email field - but then the email won’t auto-fill the first time.. So for now I’m stuck copying and pasting my password a couple of times a day for this site.
Any ideas?
