Here is the “Save passkey” popup on Vivaldi (I only provided the Login-popup before) - but with the specific situation that “A passkey already exists…”:
Edit: In that popup-window + New and Save passkey as new login are missing.
But when no passkey already exists, Vivaldi has those options:
