We could see the password editing time and content, but how could we see the password’s notes editing time and content? I want to find my previous notes.

Each vault item has a “Last Edited” timestamp, which is different from the “Password Updated” timestamp. The Password and Passkey fields are the only fields that have their own dedicated timestamps, so you would have to infer the date/time of any other edits based on the “Last Edited” timestamp.
