Higher level locking of "Vault timeout" setting


Is there any way of locking the “Vault timeout” setting of a certain normal user, so that if it has been set by a high level user then the normal user is not allowed to change it?
I’ll appreciate any useful answer.

within an Enterprise plan, you can make use of setting a maximum vault timeout policy for your users.
