Heroglyphs instead of icons, error message in browser console


A user in our self-hosted organization sees only heroglyphs instead of icons and gets a long error message in the browser console.
Often the vault is also not loaded, which means that in the left navigation and in the right content only a rotating circle is visible.
However, all other organization users do not have this problem.

Does anyone know what this could be or how to fix the problem?

Hmm, is something blocking the FontAwesome JS/CSS from loading? Do they have any sort of extension that could be interfering with it?

The only enabled extension is Browser Content Redirection from Citrix.
I could not see any other failed queries in Chrome’s network tab.
