You’re talking about the BW Firefox extension then?
Please start by giving more details about your system (Windows, MacOS…?), your Firefox version and the version of the BW extension.
Did you already try to deinstall and reinstall the extension? If you do that now, make sure that the local storage of the extension gets deleted between deinstall and reinstall – and make sure that you can login again afterwards (with your email, master password and 2FA or the New Device Login Protection).
