Find environment file on Docker deployed Bitwarden

I don’t seem to be able to locate the environment file after deploying BitWarden via a Docker container. I’m attempting to turn on the admin panel but cannot find the folder structure.

(Newer to Docker. I’m not sure how to redeploy without losing my data to add an argument that may the admin switch?

If you follow our guide, it should be in
/opt/bitwarden/bwdata/env
