is it possible to share Items with the Family (Organisation/Collection) instead of move the Item completely?

No, only items that are owned by the organization (i.e., reside in the organization vault, within a collection) can be shared. Therefore, items must be moved from your individual vault into the organization vault for sharing purposes.
That’s a bit disappointing. I don’t like giving the login details to another safe.
Is a sharing option planned for the future?
“Vault item sharing” is on the Roadmap, in the “Under Research” category.
