Entries not synced across chrome extension/iphone/laptop

Hi! I have noticed that a couple of new vault entries that I created on my laptop or phone are not showing in the bitwarden extension in Chrome. Have logged out of everything a few times by now but still can’t see them in chrome ext. Grateful for any tips on this! Thanks!

Are you 100% sure that you actually logged out of the Chrome extension (as opposed to locking it)? You need to go to Settings (:gear:), then click the link Log out > (in the “Account” section of the Settings screen), and finally click the Yes button to confirm. For good measure, I would suggest also clearing your browser cache and restarting your browser, then log back in to the browser extension.
