Email password on bitwarden

I was login to my bitwarden account on a computer that the disk suddenly died.
Today when I tried to login again to bitwarden it ask me to verify my identity using the mail, but my email password is saved in bitwarden!
What am I supposed to do now?

@gijile Welcome to the forum!

Do you see this prompt (or similar):

?

→ The most important thing here is, if you see or don’t see the wording “We don’t recognize this device.”!

Yes, this is my error

Okay, then, you are subjected to the so-called New Device Login Protection (NDLP).

The good news is: you can contact BW support, describe them your situation and ask for a temporary suspension of the NDLP.

When you can log in again, you should consider setting up 2FA for your BW account. If you do that, make sure to also create an emergency sheet with also writing down your 2FA recovery code then. (besides email, master password, server region…)

Thanks, I will try
