I’d like to suggest making freshly generated passwords editable within the generator window. A friend of mine just told me he likes to avoid letters in his passwords that could make using foreign keyboards tricky. For example, Z and Y are switched up between English and Hungarian keyboards.
The way it would work is you could simply click into the generated password and replace any character you’d like by editing it.
Yes, I’m aware that you can easily edit the generated password after you’ve added it to the login item. It’s nothing urgent, but as someone coming from Lastpass, I just feel that it’s missing. A convenience feature. I tagged the request with “browser” but it applies to every interface that allows password generation.
Obviously, the team has much more important features to implement. I’ll just leave it here.
