Edge for bussiness - Windows hello not working


I have struggeled with browser integration on my work computer for a while(at least half a year). For a long time browser integration did not work at all. Lately I have gotten this working in the private profile, but in my work profile I just get an erro message claiming browser integration is not turned on.
Unfortunately support could not help me resolve this.
The computer setup is Windows 11 Enterprise with Intune and Defender integration(M365 E5)

Have anyone else experienced simmillar problems? Is there some setting pushed through Intune causing this?
