message your admin has blocked Bitwarden App ID.
is this a policy setting and where can i find it?

This is not a Bitwarden setting or policy.
Are you asking about how to defeat Windows Group Policies that are pushed to your computer by your employer?
Yes I can fix this in the registry. Think that de GP is broken.
so this is the quick fix.
