Authenticator only displays 15 chars of the item names, truncating longer ones. Really not enough.
Maybe moving the OTP a bit down would free more horizontal space.

PS: Though, I wonder if your request is really about “Allow full item name visibility” or something like that…?

To give more context: I have 2 items similar to these

(Server name +accountname) and they just look the same in the list. The same happens for items containing URLs, which are rarely short enough for BitWarden Authenticator.
Reason why for them I’m using Microsoft Authenticator, although of course I’d love to use BitWarden.
I assume I’m not the only one having items with more than 15 chars.
